1. 100% making goods according to the production drawing and photos.

2. motor assembly : a.  pinion gear assemble    voltage and electrical current checking

                   b.  white gear assemble

                   c.  ring assemble

                   d.  cylinder assemble

                   e.  air pressure gauge and air hose

                   f.  voltage and current checking

3. compressor and wire connection : position and wire checking

4. housing assemble: housing scratch , color checking and screwing checking 

5. switch checking : on/off witch

6. lights , flash lights , inflation checking

7. pressure checking : 30 PSI or higher pressure

8. package : color box printing , carton box printing , instruction manual , foam , accessories checking .

9. Completed goods selective inspection : 5% complete appliance take to the QA testing room for inflating tires for exhausted testing during mass production , QA will make records
