our inspections

1.3.1. pre-production sample inspection

3.1.1,Assembly line, packaging line submit pre-production sample in accordance with the relevant requirements, inspection staff should inspect it and confirm eligibility before mass production.

3.1.2 If the production process change, replacement, transfer machines, when necessary, the production line staff need to inform the inspection to make testing for the samples.

3.2   Inspection Tour: Members of the assembly line inspection, packaging line for each position, according to documents and related technology product requirements, in  production process, each station every two hours to test 3 samples

3.3 Self-examination: the workers in the production process inspect their products,according to self-test process documentation requirements, as well as the elimination of anomalies when the situation and prevent the emergence of nonconforming product.Only qualified products could pass  into the next process. If the quality semms  abnormal,operation should be suspended in time, and the results should be reported to the workshop manager  to identify opportunities for improvement measures.
